All orders are processed within 3–5 business days
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays
In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.

Standard Delivery (India): 7–14 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on your location

We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible while ensuring quality packaging.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders (optional – change if needed)
A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (currently not operational on CODs)

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate.

Tribal House is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers
If a delivery fails due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch
